Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Spatial Design Expert . As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of interior spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop spatial plans that balance aesthetics and functionality
  • Create visual representations of design concepts using image boards and materials boards
  • Evaluate and select materials and colours that meet project requirements
  • Manage programmes and budgets to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-4 years experience in retail, hospitality, and high-end residential design
  • Demonstrated expertise in producing detailed design documentation and site supervision
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
About You:
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • You have proficiency in software such as Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop
