Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of core banking processes and hands-on Temenos expertise to join a high-impact transformation program with our Client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale core banking initiatives with exposure to cutting-edge technology and complex business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business and technical teams to gather, document, and validate requirements for core banking modules including accounts, payments, loans, deposits, and interest.
  • Create high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), with an emphasis on Temenos-specific documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across development, testing, and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Support end-to-end project activities, including data migration, cutover, and go-live preparation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management or any related courses
  • At least 5 years proven track record as a Business Analyst in core banking projects, with hands-on Temenos Transact experience (modules, TIM methodology, and certifications).
  • Familiarity with OTMS, DATAPLATFORM, Integration Layer is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in core banking transformation, upgrades, or migrations, ideally across multiple delivery methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
  • Good knowledge of financial regulations such as Basel III, MiFID II, PSD2, AML/KYC, FATCA and experience embedding compliance requirements into solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
