We're looking for a Compliance and Operations Administrator for our Singapore office.
Office Operations/Admin
Organise office operations and procedures and provide administrative support to all employees
Ensure bills/invoices are paid on time by the finance team
Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
Liaise and maintain good relationships with third-party vendors – payroll company, business consulting company, auditors, background screening company, travel agencies
Monitor office supply stock and reorder supplies when needed (e.g., pantry supplies, business cards, stationery)
Plan and organise office events (dinners, Christmas, corporate social responsibility)
HR Compliance
Ensure smooth onboarding for new internal starters (setup computer, phones, emails and logins) and contractors (insurance, onboarding documentation, orientations, etc.)
Manage and complete the resignation/termination process for employees – compute remaining leave balance, medical balance, tax clearance and other relevant details for final salary calculation
Maintain employee records
Assist with payroll processing (e.g., timesheets, expenses)
Point of contact for all contractors for insurance, leave, employment pass, salary enquiries & expenses, and other administrative matters
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Relevant experience in HR / office management / coordination
Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
Familiar with government agencies guidelines (Quarterly Referral and Placement report, childcare leave, maternal/paternal leave, IRAS, ACRA)
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
Strong organisational and time-management skills
