AML Technical BSA (Business Systems Analyst)Singapore · Full-time · Intermediate About The Position We are seeking a skilled and experienced AML Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA)to support the delivery of AML data and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AML project execution, data management, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on supporting technical and business teams through effective documentation, coordination, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support AML-related projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational standards. Perform detailed data mapping, data lineage analysis, and data management across all AML processes. Document business and technical requirements for AML data and detection systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of AML solutions. Coordinate tasks and manage deliverables across multiple stakeholders and project timelines. Provide insights and recommendations to improve AML data quality and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in AML projects, preferably within financial institutions. Strong understanding of AML processes, data flows, and regulatory requirements. Experience in documenting business and technical requirements. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
