Job Title: Estate Management Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Management Professional to oversee the daily operations of our private estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, culinary arts, and collections management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop and implement household manuals/SOPs for owner approval.
  • Recruit and select suitable housekeeping personnel.
  • Oversee staff schedules, ensuring sufficient manpower, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain direct communication with owners to align services with their preferences.
Culinary & Meal Planning:
  • Train and guide the culinary team to maintain high standards.
  • Plan and review menus/recipes for owner approval.
  • Recruit and onboard suitable culinary staff.
  • Manage staff schedules to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Liaise with owners to meet their meal preferences.
Private Collections Management:
  • Maintain and update records for private collections such as artworks and jewelry.
Vendor & Maintenance Oversight:
  • Coordinate and supervise routine maintenance services from vendors.
Event & Activity Planning:
  • Organize and oversee events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Arrange home decorations, floral setups, door gifts, and wine selection when required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in estate management or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
