Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management operations, you will provide leadership to a team of Property Officers and effectively carry out the functions and duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team in daily facilities management operations.
  • You will conduct routine inspections and provide advisory on facilities management matters.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with relevant agencies and other contractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Building, Estate Management, Real Estate, or Engineering from a recognized University, with a minimum of 3 years in estate management experience.
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager is highly desirable.
