Job Title: Healthcare Support Professional
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our healthcare team as a Healthcare Support Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting chiropractic doctors, scheduling appointments, attending to patient queries, and maintaining a clean and tidy clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, answering phones, and responding to patient inquiries.
  • Assist chiropractors with patient care, including preparing treatment rooms, taking vital signs, and helping patients with mobility issues.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded accurately.
  • Manage patient records, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning treatment rooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
