Healthcare Support Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated healthcare professional to provide administrative support in our clinic, ensuring patients receive exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient workflow, including registration, answering telephone inquiries, and scheduling appointments
  • Dispense medicines under supervision, with knowledge of Clinic Assist program
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
  • Provide administrative support to the medical team, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Facilitate communication between patients, medical staff, and other healthcare providers
  • Ensure adequate drug supplies and inventory are well-stocked
  • Adhere to relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar healthcare administrative role or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with patients, medical staff, and other professionals
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in using medical software and office equipment
  • Genuine interest in healthcare and commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Familiarity with healthcare protocols and regulations
