About the Role:
Job Description
Patient registration and appointment booking: greet patients, obtain personal details, and book appointments with healthcare professionals.
Payment handling and enquiries: process payments, handle customer queries, and provide excellent customer service.
Clinic duties: assist healthcare professionals with daily clinic activities, maintain accurate records, and perform health checks (height/weight/BP) as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
No prior healthcare experience is necessary; however, a background in customer service or administration is highly valued.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable working with computers, and be able to work flexible hours including early shifts.
