Job Title

Expert iOS Developer Required for Advanced Applications Project.

Objective:

  • Develop and build complex mobile applications for the iOS platform with advanced features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree or equivalent experience in software development.
  • 7-10 years of proven software development experience with good expertise in iOS design and development.
  • A deep understanding of Objective-C, Cocoa Touch and Swift development principles.
  • Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text.
  • Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON including through experience of Services Oriented Architecture.
  • Hands on working knowledge of DevOps such as Bitbucket, Continuous Integration (Jenkins, Maven), Continuous Deployment (Bamboo).
  • Exposure to Amazon Web Services will be advantageous.
  • Ability to design, develop and implement the new features using xCode, Swift/Objective-C.
  • Test driven development and knowledge testing UI automation.
  • Knowledge of Object oriented programming and Design concepts.
  • Design Patterns like MVC, MVP, VIPER will be an added advantage.
  • Should have hands on experience in Swift 2.0 and 3.0 later to develop native apps.
  • Good working experience on frameworks like (Promise Kit, Alamofire and Object Mapper etc ).
  • Knowledge on testing frameworks like (Quick, Nimble, XCTests , etc).
  • Hands on experience on writing Unit and UI tests and code coverage.
  • iOS UI design patterns and best practices.
  • Experience on using Cocoa Pods and Cartage.
  • Analytics frameworks like (Firebase, Facebook, Google Analytics, etc).
  • Ability to learn new technologies.
