About the role
Reporting to the Brand Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Brand Manager to join a dynamic FMCG company, PSC Corporation Ltd. As part of the brand management team, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our consumer products portfolio.
What you\'ll be doing
Implement and execute marketing plans and campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, digital, creative) to deliver integrated marketing activities
Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to inform brand strategy
Manage and optimise the brand\'s digital and social media presence
Contribute to the development of new product concepts and innovations
Assist with the preparation of brand budgets and performance reporting
What we\'re looking for
1-2 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing or a related field
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and marketing principles in the FMCG industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies
Passionate about building and growing consumer brands
Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
