Job Role: Mechanical Engineer for Semiconductor Facilities
Our organization is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to oversee the construction and installation of semiconductor facility piping systems. This individual will be responsible for conducting site inspections, preparing estimation forms, and creating detailed drawings to ensure that our clients receive high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential issues and determine necessary corrective actions.
2 Prepare comprehensive construction material estimation forms to aid in budgeting and project planning.
3 Collaborate with clients and contractors to discuss piping installation paths, project progress, and construction specifications.
4 Verify UHP gas piping construction materials and drawings, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
5 Complete daily supervision reports and consolidate acceptance reports to track project progress.
6 Perform quality control testing on UHP gas piping systems using specialized tools and analysis instruments.
7 Record QC test results and prepare detailed testing reports for stakeholders.
8 Execute assigned tasks by supervisors and contribute to a productive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Senior High school or higher education degree.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) software.
  • Proactive and eager to learn attitude; no prior related work experience required.
