Key Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site construction schedules and oversee the construction progress of 300mm Wafer Plant & Office Building.
  • Understand the construction contractual concept which to handling the construction payments.
  • Managing building quality of 300mm Wafer Plant and Office Building Construction.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / architecture or a related field.
  • Experience with building construction and maintenance in a 300mm fab facility.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc.
  • A proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills, with experience in construction projects.
