Job Description
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pega Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega development, with the ability to independently deliver complex, module-based solutions end-to-end. This role involves applying Pega best practices, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive high-quality business solutions.
The Senior Pega Developer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of complex Pega modules independently. They will ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines. Additionally, they will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust solutions.
The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of Pega PRPC architecture, integration patterns, and advanced features. They will also have proficiency in implementing Pega best practices and delivering high-quality solutions in agile environments. Experience with Pega 8 upgrade projects and exposure to Pega Deployment Manager are also desirable.
The Senior Pega Developer will contribute to RFPs, technical proposals, and client discussions as a subject matter expert (SME). They will also mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
This role requires excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent mentoring and team collaboration skills are also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on Pega development, with demonstrated expertise in complex module delivery.
- Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification, preferably in Pega version 8.
- Proficiency in front-end UI frameworks and integration with external systems.
