Job Title: Pega Expert with Agile Application Development

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega development, with the ability to independently deliver complex solutions end-to-end. This role involves applying Pega best practices, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Pega modules independently.
  • Evaluate adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
  • Support Pega platform governance, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide proactive recommendations for process and system improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on Pega development experience, with demonstrated expertise in complex module delivery.
  • Hold CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification, preferably in Pega version 8.
  • Solid understanding of Pega PRPC architecture, integration patterns, and advanced features.
  • Proficiency in implementing Pega best practices and delivering high-quality solutions in agile environments.
  • Experience with Pega 8 upgrade projects.
  • Exposure to Pega Deployment Manager.
  • Familiarity with front-end UI frameworks and integration with external systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent mentoring and team collaboration skills.
