Job Title: IT ServiceNow Solution Developer

As a skilled professional, you will design and develop scalable ServiceNow applications to meet business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver software solutions that meet client needs.
  • Customize workflows, forms, and business rules to optimize the ServiceNow experience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement software upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system stability.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM).
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integration technologies.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
