Purpose of the Role: This position will be a critical role to support one of our key client's Vaccine's Distribution Centre. You will be covering all logistics activities related to inbound and inventory management, including but not limited to, liaising with the Logistics Service Providers and/or executing transactions to ensure all inventory movements, from inbound, storage, adjustments, destruction, and preparation for outbound are performed properly according to the Goods Distribution Practices and relevant SOPs. What You'll Do: Monitor the proper handling and administration of the Vaccines inbound from Belgium/Italy to Singapore Regional Distribution Centre (RDC); Follow up Batch Approval and Availability dates to support re-export process. Undertake the proper interaction of the LSP regarding all inventory transactions. Undertake proper inventory management through the process of inventory reconciliation, cycle and annual counts, interface management, inventory exceptions management and / or destruction process. Contribute to operational efficiency and Supply Chain priorities by implementing process improvements, leveraging continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. Work with Vaccines Distribution Planning, Inbound Freight Forwarders and Warehousing LSPs to help organize the proper product inbound at the RDC. Track Approval Process and Inventory Availability, Follow-up LSP Micro-Macro Checks completion. Undertake inventories every day to ensure that inventory is aligned with the LSP through Daily Inventory Reciliation, cycle and annual inventory count, and correct Inventory exceptions via adjustments or manual transactions approved by the GOA. Validate that both systems are aligned, and the Interface is managed properly through IDOCs monitoring. Notify the LSP of any goods destruction required following the relevant approvals and validate that this has been carried out by the LSP in accordance with the proper Write Off Management and Destruction Process. Liaise with VDP and LSP for the Warehouse Capacity Planning and inform Order Management to ensure the warehouse space will not exceed 100% of capacity. Monitor the inventory level of cold chain Material in accordance with the relevant SOP and create the Purchase Orders and supporting documentation for the purchase of passive packaging and Dataloggers for approval by the proper GOA. Support monitoring of the LSPs KPIs related to delivery times, documentation, cold chain management inbound, inventory management, Interface management. Support maintenance of relevant local process documentation (SOP, Master data, SLA). Create Purchase Orders and support documentation for LSP/suppliers
