about the company A well-established oil and gas company in Singapore is hiring a Senior Procurement Executive to manage high-value growth projects. Key responsibilities include defining the Contracting Strategy, overseeing the entire tender process, and successfully conducting contractor negotiations. about the job 1. Strategic Contracting & Tendering: Develop and implement the Contracting Strategy from the initial investment proposal stage, aligning it with project scope and market conditions. Lead the comprehensive tender and contracting process (including pre-qualification, RFI/RFP, evaluation, clarification meetings) up to contract award. Organize and manage Division/Global Tender Board approvals according to the Global Tender Procedure. 2. Contract & Supplier Management: Ensure proper implementation, follow-up, and visibility of all procurement contracts. Manage the approved vendor/contractor list and organize site visits for growth projects as needed. Evaluate and manage contract lifecycle (modifications, termination) in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with Procurement Policies. Partner with the Project Manager to successfully negotiate Variation Orders and manage contract execution challenges (scope changes, schedule obstacles). 3. Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Execution: Effectively execute and/or manage all relevant Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) steps in the P2P process (Request, Approve, Order, Expedite, and Receive). Utilize the supporting ERP system to ensure timely delivery of services/products. skills and experience required Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Engineering or related studies At least 5 years of relevant Buyer's scope, Contract Management, Supply Management and Negotiation, preferably in a similar industry, and at least 3 years' experience in procurement, sales, business development, project management, plant operations, or product supply Strong commercial awareness and experience of Contract Law Proven experience in contract negotiations & vendor management To apply online please use the 'apply' function, alternatively you may contact Noelle at (EA: 94C3609/ R )#J-18808-Ljbffr
