We're looking for a Senior Procurement Executive I to lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing for civil, mechanical, electrical, and maintenance projects. You will ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining compliance with project specifications and company policies. This role also involves mentoring junior procurement staff and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Strategic Procurement & Sourcing Lead procurement for civil, mechanical, electrical projects and maintenance. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost, quality, and timely delivery. Manage RFQs, tenders, and purchase orders per project and company standards. Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements. Develop new supplier partnerships and conduct market benchmarking for cost savings. Procurement Administration & Documentation Oversee and ensure accuracy of procurement records, including PQs, POs, tenders, and contracts. Review high-value or critical purchases for budget, technical, and compliance alignment. Maintain transparent, up-to-date ERP records (e.g., Business Central).
