Product Development
Oversee the design and development of electric mobility solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.

Project Management

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
Familiarity with grid integration, renewable energy solutions, and smart charging technologies.

Ensure all products comply with relevant safety standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
Establish and maintain rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to ensure product reliability and performance.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure seamless product delivery.
Communicate technical progress and challenges effectively to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in engineering, with a proven track record in leading teams and managing complex engineering projects.
Experience in the electric mobility industry or infrastructure is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of power systems, network communications, software development, and hardware design.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory (ie. TR25, etc) and safety standards for electric mobility solutions.
PMP or other project management certifications is an advantage.
