Job Title: Enterprise Network Architect
We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Infrastructure Shared Services team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining our global network infrastructure.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in network administration and architecture. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and supporting existing and new network infrastructure and security solutions
  • Designing, deploying, and administering/manage WAN, LAN, WLAN, and network services (e.g., NLB)
  • Assisting in the implementation of new network and security infrastructure components

Key Responsibilities

Provide senior-level operational support for:

  • Troubleshooting, incident resolution, and problem management
  • Reporting on activity, performance, and quality of network platforms and security solutions
  • Documentation of procedures and support materials

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3–7 years of experience in infrastructure, with 3–5 years specifically in network administration
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco network products, Palo Alto, and Riverbed
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments

Technical Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Preferably CCNP certified
  • Strong experience in LAN/WAN/WLAN administration and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in routing protocols (BGP, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP)
  • Knowledge of LAN technologies (VRRP, VSS, STP)
  • Understanding of QoS mechanisms
  • Experience with Wi-Fi controllers and access points
  • Load Balancer administration (Citrix NetScaler)
  • Security administration with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls, Pulse remote access, and reverse proxy

Preferred Technical Skills

A Plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with infrastructure solutions (servers, storage)
  • Experience with WAN compression and optimization appliances (Riverbed)
  • Telephony and voice infrastructure administration (primarily Cisco)

Technical Environment

We use a range of technologies including:

  • Cisco networking and telephony products
  • Citrix NetScaler (NLB and reverse proxy)
  • Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls, Panorama Central Management
  • Infoblox DNS
  • Riverbed WAN optimization and NetFlow (Cascade)
  • SolarWinds monitoring
  • CA Service Desk Manager (ticketing and CMDB)
  • SD-WAN (Velocloud)
