Roles & Responsibilities Programme Evaluation Assistant Nearest MRT Station: Tanjong Pagar and MaxwellContract Duration: 12 monthsWorking Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: Degree: Less than 3 years: $18/hourMore than 3 years: $20/hour About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our Programme Evaluation (PE) team. As a Temporary Programme Evaluation Assistant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the evaluation and improvement of various programmes. You will work alongside an innovative and collaborative team to implement impactful evaluations and provide valuable insights. Key Responsibilities: Engage with Policy/Programme Owners: Assist in identifying programmes for evaluation, support monitoring, and report on performance, as well as evaluating findings. Capability Building: Contribute to building internal capabilities through evaluating norms and best practices, curating case studies, drafting guidebooks, and supporting workshops and training sessions. Communications Strategy: Help plan and execute communication efforts to promote and highlight the impact of the Programme Evaluation initiatives. Process Efficiency: Contribute to enhancing process efficiency by utilizing tools and applications, including chatbots. Website Management: Maintain and update the PE microsite to ensure a smooth user experience. What We Are Looking For: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline Strong project management skills with the ability to design processes and manage internal stakeholders effectively Excellent critical thinking , analytical , and communication skills (both verbal and written) A team player who can also work independently Digitally savvy, with a keen interest in learning new tools (including tech and design software) A strong passion for public policy and programme evaluation Experience in public service, particularly in policy or project conceptualisation, implementation, and review, is preferred Resource management experience is a plus Why Join Us?
