Job Description - Facilities Officer
Responsibilities
Supervise term contractors in the maintenance of properties and facilities to accomplish maintenance program schedule, compliance to regulatory requirements, and to achieve operational efficiency.
Manage and review service contracts to meet facilities management targets and to achieve cost-effective operations.
Conduct scheduled site inspections and KPI audits.
Plan and supervise building and facilities upgrading projects.
Prepare job specifications for tender/quotation exercises, evaluate submissions, and recommend contract awards.
Monitor maintenance services expenditure.
Process invoice verification.
Perform any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements - Facilities Officer
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or
Integrated Facility Management .
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Projects & Facilities Management and Sustainability.
Experience in supervising external contractors for maintenance of properties and facilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Possess project management skills.
Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Able to be a good team player.
Able to work under pressure.
