BIM Leadership Opportunity

  • Manage BIM-focused projects ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
  • Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans maintaining project consistency and quality.
  • Integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) processes.
  • Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary coordination including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
  • Troubleshoot model issues and projects ensuring timely resolution.
  • Lead the BIM team providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance.
  • Guide architects on implementing effective BIM strategies and technologies.
  • Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects ensuring efficient execution.
  • Conduct training sessions on BIM best practices to improve team capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent architectural degree.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in BIM management.
  • Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.
  • Strong commitment to staying updated with the latest BIM developments and continuous improvement.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of BIM processes tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a challenging fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective leadership abilities with a track record of successful team management.
  • Excellent teamwork collaboration skills.
