Senior Product Manager- Travel Industry

As a leader at TripStack, your primary responsibility will be to support the Director of Product with Airline API/NDC & Consolidator Connections. You'll oversee every step of the product lifecycle including content acquisition, strategic planning, tactical initiatives, vision, roadmap, development, and distribution/optimization.Your responsibilities will include working with Senior leaders to create product plans and API roadmaps, developing and implementing product strategies consistent with company vision, prioritizing product features effectively, working with technical teams/clients to ensure optimal operating processes are in place, leading a team of product owners and analysts with a large airline portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams, representing the voice of the end consumer, ensuring a competitive product offering, overseeing the technical integration of APIs, monitoring profitability, forging strong business relationships with Airlines and Consolidators, completing regular market analysis, creating a shared brain across larger teams, staying tuned into API/NDC market topics and advancements, and helping to drive the transition to NDC One Order within the organization.To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred), travel industry experience with a focus on NDC, a strong work ethic and sense of urgency, the ability to confidently and effectively lead multiple streams of work simultaneously, proven experience as a Product Manager in a similar role, critical decision-making skills, strong experience in data-backed decision making/market research, be output and delivery driven, forward-thinking, influential, proactive leader with a strong business acumen, exceptional organizational and project management skills, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial at heart with a focus on culture building, be a team player demonstrating leadership skills and a desire to help develop employees, have a passion for problem-solving and root cause analysis, with a background in software development and sales & management experience being assets.This is a full-time role with a hybrid work mode and work timings from 12 noon to 9 PM. The work location is in person, and the successful candidate will be part of a young, dynamic, and growing team composed of high-caliber professionals.
