(Location : Tessensohn Clubhouse) (nearest MRT Farrer Park)As a Clubhouse Executive (Events) in our Clubhouse, you will report to our Director/Assistant Manager, Clubhouse. What you’ll be doing: Assist the Manager in supporting the daily operations and administrative work of events and event management. Liaison for private and corporate events and handle viewing of event space with potential customers. Handling duties related to events management. Assist in all aspects of admin & operational matters for Clubhouse. We want you, if you have/are: Minimum O Level with at least 2 years of working experience in administrative. Experience in generation of reports using Excel and PowerPoint will be an added advantage. Good emails writing, communication and interpersonal skills. A cheerful personality and willing to go “extra mile” for customers and co-workers. A mindset to work independently, be resourceful and self-motivated. Proactive with good learning attitude. Able to work under stress and tight events timeline. Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required. Starting salary will commensurate with qualifications and relevant work experience.
