The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations, as well as the development of the line management team. The key responsibilities are as below: Lead a team of supervisors and assistants/contractors in their daily work activities to ensure smooth delivery operations. Achieve smooth execution for various functions such as customer accounts handling with zero complaints, and operating warehouse operations at cost-saving with maximum productivity and great efficiency. Maintain inventory physical stock and keep track of damaged goods at 100% accuracy, and escalate unresolved discrepancies/issues to immediate superior for further actions. Practice and engage in safe work procedures, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements to standard procedures. Monitor performance and attendance of subordinates and take disciplinary actions when necessary. Support the Management with any special projects and/or ad-hoc duties assigned. About You Min. 2 years of relevant experience as Operations Executive in a Warehouse Environment. Knowledge in warehouse management. Proficient in MS Office – Excel/Power Point/Word. Detail-oriented with good time management skills. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work overtime when required. Benefits Team Member Discount.
