Job Description We are expanding our Construction Robotics Division and seeking a driven, passionate Sales Executive to champion the adoption of next-generation robotic solutions in Singapore’s construction industry. This is a high-impact, fast-growing business area where you will play a key role in shaping the future of automation and smart construction. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of robotic and automation solutions through proactive outreach, client meetings, and site visits. Manage the full customer journey — from initial inquiry to after-sales support. Organize and conduct product demonstrations at construction sites and our showroom. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and construction firms . Coordinate with international suppliers and internal technical teams to deliver seamless solutions. Identify new market opportunities and contribute strategic insights to grow the division. Assist customers in securing government grants (e.g., BETC, PSG)to support robotics adoption. Requirements We’re looking for someone curious, hands-on, and excited to grow with us . You don’t need prior robotics experience — just a genuine interest in technology, people skills, and the drive to learn fast. With or without prior customer-facing experience —construction or industrial exposure is a plus . Strong interest in technology, automation, and mechanical equipment — comfortable learning how machines work and eager to understand these engineering marvels. Familiarity with social media marketing and content management is an advantage. Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented. Valid Class 3/3A driving license ; comfortable operating company vehicles (vans). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in cold calling and client engagement . Bilingual in English and Chinese (required for supplier coordination). Singapore Citizen (eligible under the CCP program). Willing to travel to construction sites and perform on-site demonstrations.
