Roles & Responsibilities

The Store Manager plays a crucial role in making sure the store operates seamlessly and efficiently each day. The Store Manager is dedicated to maintaining high standards of customer service, operational excellence, and compliance with company guidelines and policies. The Store Manager ensures that every customer leaves the store satisfied.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, inventory handling, and maintaining store cleanliness.

2. Ensure the store is well-stocked with the right merchandise mix, with products priced, tagged, displayed, and replenished according to standards.

3. Coordinate with external vendors or cleaning services for larger maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

5. Oversee store processes to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

6. Monitor store standards, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and visual presentation guidelines.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Ability to oversee operational workflows, ensuring smooth store functioning and adherence to company standards.

2. Proficiency in using inventory management software to track stock levels, monitor product movement, and manage reordering processes.

3. Ability to manage budgets for cleaning and maintenance services, ensuring costs stay within allocated resources.

4. Skills in analyzing customer feedback and complaint data to identify patterns and areas for improvement in products, services, or processes.

5. Proficiency in using operational tools to manage stock movement, store layout, and daily processes effectively.

6. Ability to analyze product performance and optimize store layouts and displays to meet operational and customer satisfaction goals.
