VMware Solution Expert

We are seeking a seasoned VMware solution architect to lead the design, implementation and support of cutting-edge IT infrastructure projects.

This role entails delivering robust, scalable and secure virtualization solutions for enterprise clients by:

  • Leading deployments and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Collaborating with clients to understand business needs and designing tailored solutions
  • Overseeing system upgrades, migrations and performance enhancements to optimize system reliability
  • Implementing security measures and load balancing solutions to fortify system resilience
  • Conducting thorough assessments and recommending strategic enhancements to IT infrastructure
  • Preparing comprehensive project documentation, including design plans and handover guides
  • Providing advisory support during pre-sales discussions
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulatory and security standards

Requirements

  • At least 3-7 years of experience in VMware solutions in complex enterprise settings
  • Strong background in virtualization and IT infrastructure design
  • Proven track record of delivering projects involving system optimization and security enhancements
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable business-focused solutions
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, with demonstrated documentation ability

Preferred Certifications (an advantage)

  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV / VCP-NV)
  • NSX-T or AVI Load Balancer certifications
  • ITIL Foundation
