Senior Manager, Systems Review

As a Senior Manager in the Systems Review Taskforce, you will play a pivotal role in the team driving the review of the enterprise system in MHA for the Finance domain, to improve and transform Finance efficiency. You will have an opportunity to: Make a significant impact on MHA's finance systems and processes. Hands‐on experience working in cross‐functional teams to drive critical decisions. Develop and implement innovative solutions for system integration and optimisation. What you will be working on Systems Review: Embark on a review of the existing enterprise system to evaluate its sustainability and its future state. Systems Analysis and Integration: Assess and analyse changes required to onboard new systems, including impact on existing system users. Develop system and process requirements for seamless integration with existing Finance systems and processes. Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within MHA to evaluate and recommend the most effective systems for Finance processes. Conduct surveys, focus group discussions and other stakeholder engagement activities to gather inputs, assess impact and put forth recommendations. Understand and highlight system challenges and improvements needed for greater efficiency. Engage external stakeholders in the wider public service, and work with central system owners in other Ministries to integrate MHA's system and processes with other public service central systems. Change Management: Develop change management strategies to effectively communicate system and process changes to diverse groups of stakeholders. Ensure smooth adoption of changes through targeted communications, activities and support. Process Optimisation and System Implementation: Map out and drive system changes based on review outcome, including process improvements, system configurations and integration to other systems. Analyse system changes required to onboard new systems and integration requirements to existing systems and address the impact to various stakeholders. What we are looking for We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the following experience and qualifications: Experience Qualifications in Accountancy and/or Experience in Finance domains knowledge in government financial and procurement procedures will be an added advantage Business process reengineering, design thinking related and /or change management work Knowledge Systems review, systems design, and analysis of systems effectiveness System knowledge/ability to understand and design system requirements to meet user needs.
