We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to spearhead our digital and data initiatives. You'll lead cross-functional global teams, own end-to-end delivery and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of digital/data initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines and budgets Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across business, product, and technology domains Lead cross-functional teams (local, nearshore, offshore) through the full product lifecycle – research, prototyping, MVP and scaling Translate client needs into actionable strategies and roadmaps, bridging business and technical teams Monitor delivery health using quantitative metrics (e.g., velocity, quality) and qualitative outcomes (e.g., stakeholder satisfaction)Requirements 10+ years managing complex digital projects, with a technical grasp of product engineering Hands-on experience with data platforms, AI solutions and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Track record of leading global, multi-disciplinary teams in consulting or tech environments Client-focused mindset with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and identify growth opportunities Product-oriented approach–prioritizing value, user impact and iterative delivery We offer By choosing EPAM, you're getting a job at one of the most loved workplaces according to Newsweek 2021 & 2022&2023.
