Hiring position:
Senior Executive, Premium Customer Sales Singapore
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in implementing sales strategies to achieve premium customer sales targets.
Responsible for identifying and generating new project leads and sales opportunities through various channels and media in the Building and Construction industry
Lead in sales negotiation, prepare and present sales proposals/quotations, and liaise with internal operation teams for smooth execution and delivery of orders
Work with the retail sales team to enhance customer engagement and ensure a seamless buying experience.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B accounts and premium customers
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Personalized interactions to build loyalty and long-term engagement.
Operational Excellence
Support daily sales operations, including order processing, tracking, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and service fulfillment.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights for process improvement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
Market Research & Insights
Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences to provide tailored recommendations.
Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand market reach.
Assist in the development of promotional campaigns targeting key accounts or premium customers.
Team Collaboration & Training
Work closely with the retail sales team to align efforts with business objectives.
Support the training and onboarding of new team members, including mentoring and coaching them in customer engagement best practices.
Contribute to fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Job Specifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or
