Job Description \

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Admin Assistant to support our inventory and seafood processing operations.

\

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, a good understanding of inventory management processes and systems, and a willingness to grow in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities: \
  • \
  • Maintain and update inventory records accurately using inventory management software and Excel. \
  • Assist in daily stock reconciliation and cycle counts. \
  • Monitor stock movement and highlight discrepancies or low stock levels. \
  • Coordinate with procurement, coldroom, and operations teams for inventory flow and accuracy. \
  • Generate regular inventory reports and assist with audits. \
  • Support administrative tasks related to inventory and logistics. \
\Requirements: \

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas). \
  • Good understanding of inventory management principles and software. \
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. \
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \
