Oversee architectural projects from design development to construction completion with our reputable main contractor. As a Senior Architectural Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination : Develop and maintain project timelines for completion.
  • Site Visits : Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Team Supervision : Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior architects and CAD technicians.
  • Design Conflict Resolution : Resolve design conflicts or discrepancies in construction drawings and work closely with the construction team.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in architectural site coordination with building projects.
  • Possess experience working for A1 main contractors.
