Job Summary:

The Senior Architectural Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of architectural projects. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this professional oversees all architectural works at the project site, guaranteeing that construction coordinators and subcontractors adhere to specifications, drawings, and work programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction coordinators and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project management.
• Manage a team of construction coordinators to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Ensure that architectural materials are used efficiently and in accordance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely completion.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software, including BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues.
