Overview

Cargo Coordinator / Operations Assistant | Changi - Permanent

Handle cargo shipments and documentation, and engage with airlines and third parties such as agents. Work with a team of cargo handlers. Ensure all cargo shipments are in good condition. Location: Changi.

Responsibilities

  • Handle cargo shipments and documentation; engage with airlines and third parties such as agents.
  • Coordinate with a team of cargo handlers.
  • Ensure cargo shipments are in good condition.
  • Support operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Min GCE 3 \'N\' Level Credits
  • No experience required
  • Able to work rotating shifts
  • Able to multi-task and communicate effectively with clients

Employment details

  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Seniority level: Entry level
  • Location: Changi
  • Working days/hours: Any 5-6 days/week (including weekends); 8-10 hours per day; 24-hour rotating shift; OT when operation requires

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic: $1,850 - $2,800 (depends on experience and education)
  • Local Diploma (Min Basic $2,600)
  • Shift allowance: Average $250
  • AWS (13th month bonus)
  • Up to 2 months VB (Variable Bonus)
  • Sign-on Bonus of $5,000 in first year
  • Transport provided if no public transport after work
