Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant
Description:
As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Your primary focus will be on implementing the system, providing training and support to end-users, and ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions that meet client business requirements
  • Provide comprehensive training and post-implementation support to ensure end-user adoption and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement system enhancements that drive business value
  • Enable clients to leverage ERP implementation best practices
  • Migrate data from legacy systems to the new Microsoft Dynamics FO system
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field; professional certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in AX/NAV/Dynamics 365 FO/BC implementation
  • Candidates with more than 5 years experience may be considered for Senior and Consulting Manager positions
  • System implementation/end-user experience in Sage Accpac, MYOB, SAP Business One will be considered for Associate position
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills required
  • Good command of English language essential for supporting customers based in Singapore
  • Available for overseas travel
