Compassionate Home-Based Infant Care Specialist

Home-Based Childcare Provider
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to provide high-quality care for infants in our program. As an Infant Childminder based at your own home, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of each infant under your supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Caregiving: Provide attentive and nurturing care in a home-based setting, meeting the unique needs of each infant.
- Environment Creation: Create a safe and stimulating environment that promotes physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of each infant.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper hygiene practices and safe sleep guidelines.
- Engagement: Engage infants in age-appropriate activities to encourage sensory exploration, language development, and motor skills.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's daily activities, feeding, and sleeping routines.
Requirements:
- Medically fit to care for 1 to 3 infants/children aged 2 months to 18 months.
- Preferably with experience in caring for children.
- Has a child-safe environment, such as window grilles or window limiters.
- Minimum 'O' level or secondary school qualifications.
- Those with infant care certification are highly preferred.
Schedule and Timing:
Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
7.00am - 5.00pm
