Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide high-quality care for infants in their own home. As an infant caregiver, you will play a vital role in promoting the physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of each child.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and nurturing care in a home-based setting.
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment that promotes learning and exploration.
  • Engage infants in age-appropriate activities to encourage sensory discovery, language development, and motor skills.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding daily activities, feeding, and sleeping routines.
  • Respond promptly to the needs of each infant, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as required.

Basic Criteria:

  • Medically fit to care for 1 to 3 infants/children aged 2 months to 18 months.
  • Preferably with experience in caring for children.
  • Has a child-safe environment (e.g., window grilles or limiters).
  • Minimum 'O' level or secondary school qualifications.
  • Those with infant care certification are highly preferred.

Schedule: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)

Work Location: Work from home at your house
