The organisation has been operating for over 27 years and works towards narrowing the gender equality gap through education and raising awareness and advocacy on issues such as women's empowerment and anti-violence, with the support of key stakeholders including corporate partners, government agencies, academia, the diplomatic community, other non-profit and community groups and the wider community. Job Description We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our organisation as Associate, Programmes. In this role, you will provide support in the planning, coordination, and delivery of UWS programmes and initiatives. This includes assisting with programme implementation, stakeholder coordination, content adaptation, event logistics, and monitoring activities to ensure programmes are effectively delivered and remain relevant to our beneficiaries. Additionally, you will help nurture strategic partnerships, build community relationships, and support efforts to promote the organisation's presence and impact within the community. Kes Responsibilities • Execute the programmes in alignment with organisational goals and objectives • Plan and coordinate logistics, implementation, resource allocation, and budgeting for programme events and activities • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery • Support the adaptation and customisation of programme content to suit target audience needs, working with partner organisations to ensure relevance, quality, and effectiveness • Collect and consolidate event feedback and prepare reports to assess impact, process efficiency, and optimal use of resources • Monitor programme activities and support adjustments to ensure desired outcomes • Contribute ideas and assist in developing new programme initiatives in line with organisational priorities Support communication activities including input for interviews, media releases, and other outreach materials • Recruit, manage, and train volunteers where required for the delivery of the programmes • Perform other duties as assigned to support programme operations Communications Maintain and ensure an updated list of all the contacts for partners,schools, sponsors, vendors, and service providers to enable import into the CRM database for ready access when required Work with the Communications team to contribute to specific social media campaigns Maintain clear channels of communication within the team and the organisation About You If you are a community-oriented professional with a passion for building meaningful partnerships and engaging with local communities, we encourage you to apply for this role. Requirements Skills and Competencies • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills • Passionate about making a positive difference, enthusiastic, and selfmotivated • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders • Creativity to develop engaging community programmes and partnership opportunities • Must be Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident Qualifications • A Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Communications, or Law with 1-3 years' relevant work experience. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in gender equality and social impact are also encouraged to apply • Proven experience in partnership development, community engagement, or a related role • Prior experience in working with youth is an added advantage Only successful candidates will be contacted.
