Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Engineer to join our team. This is a senior-level position that requires excellent technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support to the project team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on M&E issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and colleagues to resolve drawings and technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Attend project meetings to ensure schedule adherence and progress towards project goals.
  • Manage M&E drawing and documentation control to maintain accurate records.
  • Produce and submit shop drawings, materials, and method statements as required by the project.
  • Oversee M&E site activities to ensure they are well-planned and executed efficiently.
  • Guide M&E staff and subcontractors to follow approved procedures and best practices.
  • Prepare progress reports and arrange for Trade & Condition works as necessary.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management and/or site coordination for building or civil projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
