Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced air conditioning specialist to lead our installation, maintenance, and repair teams across various projects.

  • Responsible for the upkeep and servicing of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues with air conditioning units, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, split units, and centralized HVAC systems.
  • Supervise junior technicians and provide guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through regular system checks and audits.
  • Liaise professionally with clients to assess and fulfill their air conditioning requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician with at least 10+ years of experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
  • Vocational or technical certification in HVAC systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license (if required for field work).
  • EPA or equivalent certification (optional).
