Senior Air Conditioning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Air Conditioning Specialist to join our team.

  • This role is ideal for an experienced ACMV professional who can oversee installation, repair, and maintenance work of various residential and commercial air conditioning equipment.
  • Familiarity with the operation, maintenance, installation, repair, and diagnostic work of different types of ACMV units is required.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong ability to perform various tasks including wall plug installation, drilling work, equipment mounting, dismantling, and usage of industrial vacuum cleaner, water pressure jack, blower, multimeter, and other tools.
  • Responsibilities will include copper pipe cutting, flaring, joining, brazing, installation, belt replacement and pulley aligning work, PVC pipe and trunking installation, metal tray or metal plate installation, electrical work, variable frequency drive operation, and more.
  • A Class 3 driving license is preferred for transporting parts, materials, and equipment to designated sites.
  • The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, be a team player, and able to generate reports in English.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of (X) years of experience in ACMV maintenance, installation, and repair.
  • Possession of a Class 3 driving license is preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to generate reports in English.
