Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to support our corporate identity initiatives, ensuring a consistent brand image across all touchpoints. This role involves reviewing name card applications, sourcing and managing corporate gifts, collateral, and corporate kits.

The ideal candidate will assist in the planning and execution of on-site communication projects, including lift posters, TV screens, and wall murals. They will ensure timely content updates and liaise with vendors/departments for approvals and installations.

This position also involves providing logistics and administrative support for corporate visits, volunteer programs, and engagement events. The successful candidate will manage procurement activities, including sourcing requests, e-purchase requisitions, and invoice processing.

Additionally, they will maintain records, shared drives, and office equipment inventory, including asset tagging and disposal. This role requires coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring smooth operational support for the department.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Communications/Marketing or relevant studies
  • 4-6 years of similar working experience in marketing roles, preferably with large organizations/healthcare sectors
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital content management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and able to manage multiple deadlines
