**Job Title:** Marketing Communications Specialist
At our organization, we are seeking a talented Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Develop and implement content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters
- Design and produce visual content using Canva or similar tools
- Analyze engagement metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly
**Recruitment and Candidate Engagement**
We are looking for a skilled professional who can manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on their skills and qualifications
- Coordinating interviews and assessments with hiring managers
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and application status
- Providing exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates
**Requirements:**
- 1+ year of experience in marketing communications or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various audiences
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
