What you will be working on

Be the source of courage, command, and control. As a SCDF Fire and Rescue Senior Officer, you will be professionally trained to take control of challenging rescue incidents, and to battle fire, chemical, biological, and radiological threats with innovative and cutting-edge technology. You will be involved in policy development and implementation to keep Singapore a safe and emergency-ready nation.
We believe in grooming our officers as leaders. Through our talent management programme, you will embark on diverse foundational postings before specialising in your unique career pathway. Mentorships, varied job exposure, and opportunities to participate in overseas missions and international learning exchanges will help nurture your strengths and prime you for real-life challenges.
Upon joining SCDF, you can look forward to securing stable full-time employment with an attractive remuneration package. Candidates can earn between $5,620 to $6,868, inclusive of monthly frontline allowances.
As a successful applicant, you will receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus (subject to eligibility) upon emplacement. You will also stand to receive benefits from a range of perks and privileges, including:
