Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in rescuing wild animals.
- Engage public to educate on wild animals to promote coexistence.
- Perform animal care duties (cleaning of enclosures and food preparation, feeding of animals and maintenance).
- Checking and maintaining the Rapid Response Motorbike.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of work areas
- Ensure that all animals are sent to/ released in accordance with SOP.
- Able to work independently and at times with the core team to render quick assistance where necessary.
- Ensure that all documentation with regards to rescue of animals are done according to SOP.
**Requirements**:
- Class 2B license with at least 1 year riding experience.
- Class 3 license.
- Able to work with wild animals such as tortoises, turtles, lizards, snakes, mammals, and birds.
- Able to work weekend days, public holidays as per roster.
- 5 days working week; working hours: 8am - 5pm
- Physically fit.
- Meticulous and animal-welfare oriented.
- Communication skills to work as a team.
- Knowledge in local biodiversity a plus.
**Salary**: $1,580.00 - $2,180.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
