Responsibilities:
Support Operations Manager in managing retail mall operations and maintenance
Coordinate operational programs and execute maintenance for optimal mall performance
Prepare annual budgets, manage maintenance contracts, and supervise operational expenses
Assist in implementing Asset Enhancement Initiatives and tenant renovation works
Provide operational support for mall promotional activities
Liaise with Contract & Procurement for equipment and cyclical replacement procurement
Manage and promptly address all feedback and service requests
Lead technicians and manage vendor services to achieve professional operational standards
Approve permit to work (PTW), risk assessment, safety checks and audits of the mall
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management
Demonstrates strong initiative, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of working within tight timelines, displaying resourcefulness and systematic problem-solving abilities
Ability to work beyond standard operating hours if necessary
