Regional ERP / Planning Process Excellence Specialist (Healthcare/Medical)
Department: Supply Chain
Define, document, and roll out standardized demand and supply planning processes across global markets, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Translate evolving business needs into clear, actionable requirements for planning systems, ERP, and related tools.
Support key project activities including process testing, data validation, and system readiness to enable successful rollouts.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to secure smooth implementation and adoption of processes and systems.
Drive training initiatives, stakeholder communication, and long-term governance frameworks to embed best practices in planning.
Contribute to broader initiatives including network optimization, ERP/system migration, process harmonization, and operational excellence programs.
What we're looking for:
Solid hands-on experience in Supply Chain Planning and S&OP processes, with a strong understanding of end-to-end planning cycles.
Proven exposure to ERP or system implementation projects, ideally with experience in process design, UAT, or data migration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes into clear solutions.
Effective communicator who can partner with diverse teams across functions and geographies.
A continuous improvement mindset with the drive to enhance process efficiency, system adoption, and business outcomes.
Background in Healthcare or Medical is an advantage
